How to Book

Appointments typically take 15–30 minutes. You’ll select your chain, we’ll custom fit it to your wrist (or ankle/neck), and I’ll weld it in place. You’re welcome to bring a friend or plan a small group session—just let us know ahead of time.

Walk-ins are welcome when possible, but appointments are encouraged to guarantee your spot.

If your jewelry breaks, just bring it back to the shop and we’ll fix it. No need to panic—things happen. Most repairs are simple and can be handled quickly, and there’s no charge for re-welding if the original chain is intact.

What if I need to remove it for a medical procedure?
You can safely cut the piece at the welded link with scissors or nail clippers. Save the chain, and I’ll be happy to reattach it for you when you’re ready. Your health always comes first.

Does it hurt?
Not at all. The welding process is safe and painless—there’s a tiny spark of light, but you won’t feel anything.

How long does it last?
That depends on the metal and your lifestyle. Solid gold chains are the most durable and can last for many years. Gold fill chains are also long-lasting, but may show wear more quickly depending on your routine and skin type. Both are designed for daily life.

What if I change my mind?
You can remove your permanent jewelry at any time by cutting the welded link. I’ll happily re-weld it when you’re ready or repurpose the chain into a clasped piece if you'd prefer.
