Domestic & International Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free domestic shipping and returns on all orders. Once your order is processed, you will be promptly notified, and a tracking number will be provided for your convenience. It's important to note that Sheena Marshall Jewelry cannot assume responsibility for any lost or stolen packages once the tracking number indicates that the item is in transit and/or has been delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At present, we do not provide international shipping services. Kindly send us an email so that we can assess the possibility of accommodating your location on an individual basis.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that the provided shipping estimates do not encompass our order production time. If you need your pieces expedited, please feel free to contact us to inquire about the availability of making them sooner.

We use eco-friendly packaging with minimal materials to reduce our environmental impact. All our packaging is recyclable. Please note that we do not include paper receipts; they will be emailed to you.

Can I upgrade my shipping?

Yes, you can upgrade your shipping at checkout. These items are prioritized and ship first, ahead of other orders.

How long will it take to fulfill my order?

Each piece is made to order. Unlike big retailers, we create each piece with care, making production a bit longer. The result? Unparalleled quality and a personal touch that's worth the wait.

Current production times:

Demi-Fine Collection: 4-7 business days + shipping time

Fine Jewelry Collection: 4-6 weeks + shipping time

How will I know when my order ships?

Each piece we create is handmade specifically for you, and production times may vary based on the complexity of the design. Please allow 4-7 business days for your piece to be crafted in our studio. This does not include shipping time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number once your order is fulfilled and scanned at the post office. Sheena Marshall Jewelry cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking number indicates that they are in transit or have been delivered.

How will my order arrive?

Your jewelry will arrive ready to be gifted in thoughtfully sourced packing materials. It will be enclosed in plain, unmarked packaging that does not mention jewelry anywhere.

All materials used are 100% curbside recyclable. We do not include paper receipts; instead, these are emailed to you. 

Can I include a gift note with my order?

Yes! Leave a note in the box at checkout and we will write a handwritten note on your behalf.  

Do you offer pick up if I am local?

While we adore meeting our customers face-to-face, we currently do not offer in-person pickups. You can still enjoy our pieces by opting for shipping to your doorstep or visiting us at one of our in-person shows or markets where we'd be thrilled to meet you in person, answer your questions, and share our passion for what we do.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not been shipped, we will do our best to update your address.

To change your shipping address, please contact us with your first and last name, order number, and the updated shipping address.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address for you.

Sheena Marshall Jewelry cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking number indicates that it is in transit or has been delivered.

Can I change my order?

Your pieces are put into production shortly after an order is placed. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already begun we cannot make changes.

What is your return policy?

We are a small business that creates all designs to order. Typically, we do not make a product until someone places an order. When you place an order, we make it specifically for you. We hope you love the pieces you receive as much as we love creating them and kindly request your thoughtful consideration.

We offer one prepaid label for unused, unworn, unbent items in their original packaging and the same condition as when you received them within 7 days from the date of receipt for returns. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Details:

  1. To initiate a return, please log in to your customer portal located below.
  2. Currently, our portal does not accept exchanges. Please place a return and then create a new order for your desired length, size, or other specifications.
  3. Upon submission, your return will be subject to our approval process. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid label valid for 7 days.
  4. Securely pack item(s) in a small box or padded mailer. If available, please use the original packaging.
  5. Attach your return label to the package and drop it off within 7 days at your nearest USPS location.
  6. Upon receiving the jewelry, we will inspect it to ensure it is unused, unworn (no trying on earrings if not keeping them), unbent, and in its original packaging, maintaining the same condition as when you received it.
  7. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment.

Not Eligible for Returns:

  • Custom work, fine jewelry, jewelry bought at in-person
    markets & shows, jewelry bought through authorized third party boutiques.

Right to Refuse Returns:

  • Sheena Marshall Jewelry retains the right to decline a return for any valid reason.

Retailer Purchases:

  • If you acquired your item through one of our authorized retailers, please communicate directly with them regarding their return policies. We are unable to facilitate exchanges or returns for products purchased through our retail partners.

In-Person Show:

  • All pieces sold at markets/shows are FINAL SALE.

Customer Portal

I lost one earrings, do you sell singles?

We're sorry to hear about your lost earring! We understand that losing an earring can be frustrating, and while we don't offer single replacements for all earring styles, we can make singles for certain designs, such as threader earrings.

If you've lost one of these earrings, please email us with your proof of purchase, order number, and a photo of the remaining earring. We'll assess whether a single replacement can be made. If eligible, we'll provide you with a 50% discount code for the replacement earring. This offer is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Do you provide repairs?

We're here to help with jewelry repairs! Each case is unique, and we handle repairs accordingly. However, we don't provide repairs for jewelry made by another artist. Please send us a photo to assess your concern and include your first name, last name, and order number when contacting us. Customers are responsible for shipping to and from our location + repair fees for labor and materials.

Do you have a warranty policy?

We provide a 90-day warranty for the following issues:

  • Broken chain
  • Faulty clasp
  • Earring post detached from earring (stud earrings).
  • Manufacturing defects

Not covered:

  • Broken chains due to forceful pulling (in the middle of the chain)
  • Tarnishing caused by regular wear. Explore further tips on extending the lifespan of your jewelry here.


If you encounter any of the above issues within the warranty period, please contact us by sending an email to hello@sheenamarshall.com. Along with your email, please attach a clear photo of the problem. This will help us promptly evaluate whether your issue qualifies for warranty coverage. In many cases, we can assess the eligibility through a photograph.

Our team will review your request and determine if it meets the warranty criteria. We aim to provide you with a resolution as efficiently as possible.

How do I determine my ring size?

We suggest you go to any local jewelry store (it is complimentary) and have them size your finger properly. Depending on the width your desired band, your size may be different. Thicker bands tend to require a half or whole size up from what you regularly wear. Using an at-home or plastic ring sizer will not provide you with an accurate measurement. We do not recommend using the online ring sizer, string, paper or a ruler. These will not give you an accurate ring size.
