Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping at checkout for all domestic orders. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification with tracking information. Please note that Sheena Marshall Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in transit or marked as delivered.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Additional Information
Some pieces—particularly from our gold-fill collection—are ready to ship. However, many of our solid gold designs are made to order. We do not purchase the gold for these pieces until your order is placed, which means they’re made specifically for you. Please allow up to 4–6 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of the piece. We're a small but mighty team, and we appreciate your patience.

Order Fulfillment Timeline

Each piece is intentionally handcrafted with care. Many of our gold-fill and sterling silver styles are in stock and ready to ship. Solid gold pieces, however, are made to order—we don’t purchase the metal until your order is placed. This allows us to create your piece just for you, which can take 4–6 weeks depending on the design and complexity.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details.

If you need your piece by a specific date, leave a note at checkout or email us—we’re happy to discuss rush options and any associated fees.

Shipping Notification Details

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification via email. This notification will include a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Order Packaging Details

Each piece of jewelry comes thoughtfully packaged in a suede branded jewelry storage pouch, accompanied by an informational card and a complimentary polishing cloth. It will arrive in a sturdy box with branded details inside, perfect for gifting. For discretion and security, the outer packaging is plain and unmarked, with no mention of jewelry on the label.

A receipt without pricing will be included, making it gift-ready. If you’d like to add a personal touch, you can leave a request at checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten note for the recipient.

Absolutely! If you’d like to include a personal touch, simply leave a note at checkout, and I’ll handwrite a thoughtful message just for you. We also carry a curated selection of greeting cards—an easy add-on to complete your gift. Adding this personal detail is one of my favorite parts of the process and reflects what sets us apart from big-box retailers. Each package is crafted with care and attention, ensuring it feels as special as the piece inside.

Local Pickup Options

We’re excited to welcome you to our store at 5146 E 29th Ave, Denver, CO 80207. Come shop our full collection in person — no need to coordinate pickups or appointments. Simply stop by, find your perfect piece, and take it home the same day. We can’t wait to see you!

Updating Your Shipping Address

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your first and last name, order number, and the new shipping address.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please note that Sheena Marshall Jewelry cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking number indicates the package is in transit or marked as delivered.

Modifying Your Order

Your jewelry is handcrafted with care and enters production shortly after your order is placed. If you need to make adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once production has begun, changes cannot be made.

Do You Offer Single Earrings?

We’re sorry to hear about your lost earring—it’s always frustrating to lose something special. Due to the handmade nature of our process, each pair of earrings is crafted together to ensure perfect consistency and quality. Creating single earrings on demand is not sustainable for our small-batch production, as it disrupts our workflow and impacts our ability to craft complete pairs efficiently.

If you’ve lost an earring, we recommend ordering a new pair to ensure the same level of craftsmanship and quality. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to prioritize sustainability and the artistry behind every piece we create.

Repair Services

We’re happy to assist with repairs for Sheena Marshall Jewelry pieces. Each repair is handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best care for your jewelry. Unfortunately, we’re unable to repair items made by other artists.

To start the process, please email us a photo of the piece along with your first name, last name, and order number. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our studio, as well as any repair fees for labor and materials. Please refer to our Warranty Policy to see what may be covered free of charge.

Warranty Policy

We provide a 90-day warranty to cover the following issues:

  • Broken chains caused by a manufacturing defect.
  • Faulty clasps.
  • Earring posts detached from stud earrings.
  • Other manufacturing defects.

Not Covered:

  • Chains broken due to forceful pulling (damage to the middle of the chain).
  • Tarnishing caused by regular wear.

If your jewelry experiences a broken chain, we will assess photos to determine the cause. This helps us identify whether the damage was due to force, a production error, or faulty hardware, which can sometimes occur naturally.

Guide to Finding Your Ring Size

We recommend visiting a local jewelry store for a complimentary ring sizing, as it’s the most accurate way to ensure the correct fit. Depending on the width of your desired band, your size may vary—thicker bands often require sizing up by half a size or even a full size compared to thinner bands.
