Domestic Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $125. Orders under $125 ship at a flat rate, shown at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Solid gold orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with a required signature upon delivery. Please make plans to sign for your package. This is required so these pieces can be properly insured.
Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Orders with upgraded shipping are prioritized in our studio and ship first, ahead of standard shipping orders.
Please note that Sheena Marshall Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in transit or marked as delivered.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Address Changes
If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your first and last name, order number, and the correct shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make address changes.
Additional Notes
Shipping estimates shown at checkout reflect transit time only and do not include production time. If you need your piece by a specific date, leave a note at checkout. We’re happy to discuss rush options and any associated fees.
Production Timelines
All jewelry is handcrafted in small batches in our Denver studio. Because each piece is made by hand, timelines reflect both the time it takes to craft your jewelry and the time it can take to source materials.
Gold-fill pieces typically ship within 1–2 weeks, once the chain and components for your design are available in the studio.
Solid gold pieces typically take 4–6 weeks. These designs begin after we order the gold specifically for your piece once your order is placed, then craft it start to finish for you.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details.
Modifying Your Order
Your jewelry is handcrafted with care and typically enters production shortly after your order is placed. If you need to make an adjustment, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Once production has begun, changes are no longer possible.
Packaging
Each order is packaged with care and intention, ready to gift the moment it arrives. Your piece is securely placed in a cotton bag or box depending on what you ordered, and includes a printed booklet with brand information plus a packing slip with no prices.
Your package ships in a protective hard mailer with plain, unmarked outer packaging for discretion and security, with no mention of jewelry on the label.
A polishing cloth may be added to your order, and it is complimentary with solid gold pieces.
If you would like to include a handwritten note, leave your message at checkout and we will tuck it inside for the recipient.
Local Pickup + In-Store Shopping
Local pickup is available at checkout. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be made and prepared. You’ll receive an email as soon as it’s ready for pickup.
We also welcome you in-store at 5146 E 29th Ave, Denver, CO 80207. Shop the full collection in person with no appointments and no coordination needed. Simply stop by, find your perfect piece, and take it home the same day. Find our store hours and directions here.
Do you offer single earrings or replacements?
We do not offer single earrings, and we do not replace lost earrings. We’re not able to make exceptions.
We’re truly sorry if you’ve lost an earring. We know how frustrating it is to lose something special.
Because our earrings are handcrafted in pairs to ensure consistency in size, finish, and feel, producing singles on demand isn’t sustainable within our small-batch workflow.
Please note that a lost earring also falls outside of our warranty coverage. We’re unable to cover loss claims, including situations where an earring is reported to have felt loose prior to being lost.
If one earring is lost, a new pair is required to ensure the match and craftsmanship are exactly as intended.
Repairs & Warranty
We’re happy to assist with repairs for Sheena Marshall Jewelry pieces. Each repair is assessed on a case-by-case basis based on the design, materials, and the nature of the damage. Unfortunately, we’re unable to repair items made by other artists.
90-Day Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty from the date your order is delivered, covering manufacturing defects only, including:
- Broken chains caused by a manufacturing defect
- Faulty clasps
- Earring posts detached from stud earrings
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Chains broken due to forceful pulling or tension, including breaks in the middle of the chain
- Tarnishing or finish changes caused by regular wear. Please note that everybody’s body chemistry is different, and we cannot predict how your skin will react to different metals or how quickly a finish may change over time.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
Repairs outside our 90-day warranty are billed for labor, materials, and shipping. We will always confirm pricing with you before any work begins.
- Gold-fill
Out-of-warranty repairs include a $25 assessment fee and a $45 minimum labor charge (plus materials if needed). For many gold-fill pieces, repair costs can be similar to purchasing a new piece. - Solid gold
Solid gold repairs include a $40 assessment fee and are billed at $95/hour (plus materials if needed). We will provide a quote before any work begins.
Chain Policy
We are not able to repair chains that have broken in the middle of the chain. In these cases, a new chain must be purchased. For chain replacements, please email us for a quote, or purchase a replacement chain if it’s available in our current offerings.
How to Request a Repair
To start the process, please email us a clear photo of the piece along with your first name, last name, and order number. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our studio, as well as any repair fees for labor and materials.

Ring Sizing
The wider the band, the more snug it will feel. For wider styles, such as a cigar band, most clients prefer to size up by half a size to a full size compared to their usual size in a thinner band.
For the most accurate fit, we recommend a complimentary sizing at a local jewelry store. You are also always welcome to stop by our store to get sized or try styles on in person.
