Wholesale Terms of Service
Sheena Marshall Jewelry is a small-batch jewelry brand designed and crafted with care in Denver, Colorado. Our wholesale program is available to approved stockists who align with our commitment to thoughtful design, quality materials, and supporting independent makers.
Becoming a Stockist
Our wholesale program is open to retailers with a brick-and-mortar presence. Once we review and approve your application, you’ll receive an email with next steps and access to order directly or through Faire.
We look for:
- An active retail presence (brick-and-mortar or direct e-commerce—no third-party marketplaces).
- A resale license or seller’s permit in your state or country.
- A complementary brand mix in your
- shop that aligns with our values and aesthetic.
- An understanding of your customer and price point preferences.
Ordering
Once approved, you may place orders:
- Directly with us via email or order form.
- Through Faire at sheenamarshall.faire.com.
Orders placed without approval will be canceled.
- Case pack or minimum order quantities (MOQs) will be clearly noted.
- Our current minimum opening order is [$0] and reorder minimum is [$150].
- Prices are subject to change based on material costs and production capacity.
Selling Policies
- Products must be listed and sold at or above current MSRP at the time of purchase.
- Approved sales or discounts may not exceed 25% off retail and must be clearly labeled as temporary.
- Items may not be sold on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or other third-party platforms.
- Items may not be sold at flea markets, pop-ups you do not own, or through resale groups.
- Original packaging must remain intact when sold (minus cellophane wrapping)
- Our designs may not be used for pre-sales, marketing, or promotional campaigns until purchased inventory is in hand and in stock.
Shipping & Turnaround
- We ship from our Denver studio.
- Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days, though during peak seasons or for made-to-order items, processing time may vary.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout or included in your invoice.
- We do not offer rush orders at this time due to our small team.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays—please plan accordingly when ordering for specific events or launches.
Returns & Damages
All wholesale orders are final sale. If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours
of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your name and business name
- Photos of any damage or incorrect items
- A photo of the outer shipping box
We’ll work with you to make it right.
If an order is returned to us (refused, undeliverable, etc.), a 20% restocking fee will apply unless you pay for re-shipment.
International Stockists
We welcome international partnerships on a case-by-case basis.
- Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.
- Please verify these fees with your local authorities prior to ordering.
- If an international shipment is returned due to unpaid customs, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
Final Notes
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend wholesale accounts that violate these terms or misrepresent our brand. We value long term partnerships and aim to build mutual trust, clarity, and shared success with each of our retailers.
