If you find yourself less than completely satisfied, returns are available only for specific items, which are clearly noted in their descriptions. Due to the custom nature of my work, returns and exchanges involve making a new piece, so thoughtful consideration before placing an order is encouraged to ensure a perfect fit.
We offer a prepaid label for returns of unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Your understanding helps me continue offering personalized service while maintaining high standards and supporting a handmade, small-batch approach. Return / Exchange Instructions:
- To initiate a return, please log in to your customer portal located below. Please note that some designs are not eligible for return.
- If you would like to initiate an exchange, please contact us directly at hello@sheenamarshall.com.
- Upon submission, your return will be subject to our approval process. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid label valid for 7 days.
- Securely pack the item(s) in a small box or padded mailer. If available, please use the original packaging.
- Attach the return label to the package and drop it off within 7 days at your nearest USPS location.
- Upon receiving the jewelry, we will inspect it to ensure it is unused, unworn (please do not try on earrings if not keeping them), unbent, and in its original packaging, maintaining the same condition as when you received it.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Not Eligible for Returns:
- Custom work
- Fine jewelry
- Casted designs
- Jewelry purchased at in-person markets and shows
- Jewelry bought through authorized third-party boutiques
Right to Refuse Returns:
- Sheena Marshall Jewelry retains the right to decline a return for any valid reason.
Retailer Purchases:
- If you acquired your item through one of our authorized retailers, please communicate directly with them regarding their return policies. We are unable to facilitate exchanges or returns for products purchased through our retail partners.
In-Person Shows:
- All pieces purchased at markets and shows are FINAL SALE.
