Every piece you receive from us was made by hand in our small studio. Not by a factory. Not by a large team. By us. We cut, form, solder, and finish each piece ourselves, and we package every order with intention — the tissue, the note, the little details you notice when you open the box. That's not an accident. It's how we choose to do this.

We're a small business, and our policies reflect that. We want you to love what you receive — and if something isn't right, here's how we handle it. We apply these policies consistently for every customer, no exceptions.

Store Credit & Exchanges Only
We do not offer refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit or an exchange — your choice. Please let us know your preference when you submit your return request.

7-Day Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of your delivery date. This window begins the day your package is marked delivered. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

Items Must Be Unworn & In Original Condition
All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted.

$10 Return Shipping Fee
A $10 flat-rate fee is deducted from your store credit or exchange value to cover the cost of the return label. This fee is not waived under any circumstance. Original shipping charges are not included in store credit.

Your Return Label
Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid label valid for 7 days. It must be scanned by the carrier within that window. Labels cannot be extended or replaced. If your item is not shipped within 7 days, your return will be considered canceled and will not be reopened.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged. We hold this line consistently for every customer — because if we made exceptions for one, we'd have to make them for all, and that wouldn't be fair to anyone.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

• Solid gold designs — metal is purchased specifically for your order and cannot be restocked
• Custom and stamped pieces — made uniquely for you (Tiny Letter Necklace)
• Limited edition and small batch releases — pieces from special collections and drops such as our Molten stud and necklace releases are final sale due to their limited nature
• Earrings — final sale once tried on, for hygiene reasons
• Curated Goods Collection - we source these from maker friends
• Items purchased at markets, shows, or through our retail partners (please return to the original retailer)
• Sale items and gift cards

A Note on Fit & Sizing

We photograph every piece on a real person and include detailed sizing information on each product page. We encourage you to read through it carefully and reach out before ordering if you have any questions — we're happy to help you choose well. When your jewelry arrives, try it on gently over a soft surface before committing.
