Each piece is handcrafted in small batches in our Denver studio by a very small team. To keep production moving and inventory accurate, we keep a clear return timeline.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for store credit or exchange only when a return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery. This window begins on the date your package is marked delivered.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Return Shipping Label

If your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label that is valid for 7 days. The label must be scanned by the carrier within that timeframe. Return labels expire and cannot be extended or replaced.

A $10 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit or exchange value to cover the cost of return shipping.

Store Credit + Exchanges

Approved returns will be issued as store credit or an exchange. Store credit does not include original shipping charges.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale once tried on and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Solid gold designs (made to order, metal is purchased specifically for your order)
  
• Custom designs (stamped letters, engraving, custom projects)
  
• Purchases made at markets and shows
  
• Items purchased through our retail partners (must to return to retailer)
• Curated Goods Collection

We encourage you to review sizing and product details carefully before ordering. If you have questions, reach out and we’ll help you choose well. When your jewelry arrives, try it on gently over a soft surface.
