When you choose a piece from my collection, it's handcrafted specifically for you with meticulous attention to every detail.

I want you to treasure your jewelry as much as I cherish creating it. While each piece is made with love and care just for you, I understand that sometimes things don't work out exactly as imagined. If your piece isn't the perfect match you hoped for, I offer a 14-day window from delivery for returns.

Return Policy Details:

  • Your piece must be returned unworn and in its original condition, complete with all packaging
  • One prepaid return shipping label is provided with your order
  • Full refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost
  • Store credit or exchanges are also available within the 14-day window

Fulfillment Times

Each piece of jewelry is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and intention. While some items are in stock and ready to ship, the majority are made to order. Please allow 1-4 weeks for production, not including shipping time. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with a tracking number.

Quality Promise:
In the rare event you receive an item with a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for repair options. While customers are responsible for return shipping, we recommend insuring shipments to protect your investment.

Order Changes & Cancellations:
Need to modify your order? Changes and cancellations can be made within 4 hours of placing your order. A 10% processing fee applies to cancellations due to transaction costs.

If you purchased your item through one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly regarding their return policies, as we are unable to facilitate exchanges or returns for products bought from third-party retailers.

In-Person Show Purchases (FINAL SALE)

All pieces purchased at in-person markets and shows are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

This policy reflects the unique nature of in-person purchases, where customers can see, handle, and try on pieces before buying. Each sale at these events is considered final to ensure fairness and clarity for all customers.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage thoughtful purchasing when shopping at our in-person events. If you have any questions about a piece, our team is always happy to assist before you complete your purchase.

Return/Exchange Shipping

We want your return experience to be as thoughtful as our crafting process. To make returns simple and secure, each order includes one prepaid return shipping label.
