SMJ Polishing Cloth
Description
Your jewelry deserves to be worn, not stored. This ultra-soft microfiber cloth is embedded with a gentle polishing compound that restores shine to gold fill, sterling silver, and solid gold — no harsh chemicals, no risk of scratching.
One thing to know: the cloth will turn black with use. That's normal, and it means it's working. The cloth is still good to go.
Each cloth is embossed with the SM logo and comes tucked in a paper envelope with a care card. Small, useful, and a little elevated — the kind of thing that's good to have in your drawer.

Materials & Care
We use 14k gold fill, which offers the look of solid gold at a more accessible price. Unlike gold plating, gold fill is a legally regulated, pressure-bonded layer of 14k gold (5% by weight) over a brass core for a more durable, long-lasting finish.
Gold fill is long-lasting and tarnish-resistant, but not tarnish-proof. Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth as needed. To help preserve the surface, store your piece separately and avoid direct contact with lotions or sprays until they have fully dried.
Because everyone’s body chemistry is different, wear patterns can vary from person to person. Thoughtful care will help keep your piece looking its best over time.
