Materials & Care
We use 14k gold fill, which offers the look of solid gold at a more accessible price. Unlike gold plating, gold fill is a legally regulated, pressure-bonded layer of 14k gold (5% by weight) over a brass core for a more durable, long-lasting finish.
Gold fill is long-lasting and tarnish-resistant, but not tarnish-proof. Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth as needed. To help preserve the surface, store your piece separately and avoid direct contact with lotions or sprays until they have fully dried.
Because everyone’s body chemistry is different, wear patterns can vary from person to person. Thoughtful care will help keep your piece looking its best over time.
