Each piece of jewelry is made by hand. While some items are in stock and ready to ship, most items are made to order. Please allow 1 week for fulfillment. This does not include shipping time. Once an order is ready to ship, you will be notified with the tracking number for the shipment. If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please reach out and we will let you know if we can accommodate you. You may do this by contacting us here.
Because each piece is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns.
We are a small business, a very small business that makes all of our designs to order. We typically do not make a product until someone orders it. So when you place an order, we are making it specifically for you.
We hope you love the pieces you receive as much as we love creating them. We are happy to work with you prior to any purchase and answer any questions.
If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern with a photo within 7 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Sheena Marshall Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with USPS First Class Mail (3-7 days). Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order rushed, please get in touch here to see if we can accommodate your request.
We ship using minimal packing materials in order to minimize our environmental footprint. All materials are curbside recyclable. We do not include paper receipts, as these are emailed.

While we can provide estimates for shipping times, we cannot guarantee the date of delivery due to the customs process.
