All orders are shipped USPS. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Handmade takes time. In an effort to reduce waste, all designs are made to order. Due to the nature of that process, it can take up to 2 weeks to receive an order. Please allow 3-5 days for production of most items in addition to shipping time. Some designs may take longer to create. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
All international orders are shipped via the method you select at checkout and will include a tracking number. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and other international fees. International typically take much longer than domestic orders.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?
If you need to change your shipping information, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to update your order. We may or may not be able to make the change, depending on how quickly you get in touch with us, but we will do our best. We are not responsible for incorrect address input at the time of checkout.
Sheena Marshall Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages occurring in the shipping process, but will do our best to ensure a smooth transaction and receipt of all items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are a small business, a very small business that makes all of our products to order. We typically do not make a product until someone orders it. So when you place an order, we are making it specifically for you.
We hope you love the pieces you receive as much as we love creating them. We are happy to work with you prior to any purchase and answer any questions.
All sales at Sheena Marshall Jewelry are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern with a photo within 5 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Sheena Marshall Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

We do not assume responsibility for lost pieces. We do not sell replacement components for any pieces or single earrings. A new order must be placed. When you place an order, it is handmade specifically for you. If you are concerned about losing one of the threader earring designs, we recommend placing a backing on your piece.
Quality & Care
How do I care for my jewelry?
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and, therefore, delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy your piece for a long time. The majority of the Sheena Marshall collection consists of 14k gold fill and sterling silver and can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner. Taking your jewelry off and storing it while you sleep will also increase its longevity, as it reduces exposure to air and natural skin oils.
What is 14k gold fill?
Gold-fill is your best option after solid gold for quality and durability, containing a substantial layer of 14k gold. It will not flake off or turn your skin green and offers a great option for people with sensitive skin. Gold-filled jewelry can stay beautiful for a lifetime, especially with a little care, as it does not tarnish.
Are designs nickel free?
Yes. We use 14k gold fill and .925 Sterling Silver, both are allergy friendly. Any gold plated accents are always nickel free as well. _________________________________________________________________________
